I've had a few things over the last few days I've been categorizing away in my brain to talk about when I do finally blog again, but they all fell out of my head (Stupid Brain Age 2! Aren't you supposed to be improving my brain? Try harder). Let's see what I've got here...

I've effectively cut caffeine out of my life. Whereas I've never drunk coffee or cappucino products (close to never, literally. They make my mouth taste like ash), I DID, for the entirety of my life, drink about 6 or 7 glasses worth of pop a day. AT LEAST. Gone. I've been drinking root beer, water, and Juicy Juice exclusively. I love Juicy Juice. It makes me feel like a 9 year old when I buy it, but it's healthy 100% fruit juice...and it's good stuff. The lack of caffeine has had a rapid effect. I am tired ALL the bloody time anymore. I can't stay up past 11:30 (I used to not be able to FALL ASLEEP before midnight). But I like sleeping more. It's nice. I get up earlier.

I'm moving towards "better eating". My snack foods have largely become Carrots, Salads, Grapes, Cherries, ETC (LARGELY...not WHOLLY...I love candy too much, but I'm cutting it down). I still eat a lot of generally underwhelming meals, but I'm doing better with eating veggies every meal and keeping balance. I still have my bad eating habits (here's how I eat: I eat NOTHING except a small lunch [usually a bagel] from wake-up till 7:00pm. As of 7pm, I basically eat continuously until I fall asleep), but at least the food is doing better. I weighed myself up Grammy's for Christmas, and I have broken 170 lbs for the first time in my life, and THAT is unacceptable. Jogging is back on (after this entry, matter of fact), eating is getting better (though, ironically, the holidays were filled with junk food and lots of big dinners, as holidays are wont to be). So...I wish I could get back into the habit of exercising like I did in college, but man...I'm 27. My body gets SORE these days. And I lift and walk all day at work. I do miss my obliques and abs, though.

My tagging goes well! I am up to October 2007...so just the end of 2007 to go! Except, October, November, and December are FLUSH with entries (I looked at my Calendar for October and said "Holy Jesus Fuck!"), and are rather intimidating. But soon I'll be all done with my LJ tagging. I wish I could figure out how to format my LJ so my tags showed up somewhere prevalent. I am uncertain if I even can with my Plus (not Premium!) account.

Out of my 386 entries (is that it? Wow), I think 300 of them are in 10-07, 11-07, and 12-07. Heh. Oy!

I think that's all I got. I may go out to speedwalk now, as previously noted that I would. Also, I'm hungry. Dinner is taking too long to get defrosted from its stay in my freezer. Stupid cube steaks. I hunger now!
