There's a red smudge over much of the lens, where she's picked the device up, but it's easy enough to make Laura out in the recording. A rather bloody Laura, at that; hands, arms, face, hair and all. The feed cuts out, and switches to audio. There's nothing but static for a moment]
Sorry. I tried to wash the blood off, but I cannot. [a pause] I don't know where it came from, and it is not mine. I have not yet killed anyone, in this City.
I will clean it when I can. Water didn't work, and bleach did not, either. Do not go into the bathroom. I am sorry.
