I'm amused to see that Meisa has now been cast as a tough girl cop in a new drama (sadly, not with Kame), so I want to see her turn out like Tamai now or I will be disappointed! I had a lot of fun writing the drama stuff, even if it is a little weird working it in like that, and it did give me some lovely mental images. ^_^ (I like to think Kage would be a little less dorky than Dark Mousy, but it sure would be cute!)

Ah, there's a lot of detail from my holiday in Feb in this part. (Thankfully, the shower curtain was in Tori's room, not mine.) The hotel's not as bad as I make out, I guess - I mean, it was really conveniently located, it just wasn't the classiest joint in town. Everything I wrote about it is true, however - other than Kame and Jin staying there. I have no clue where Jin and his crew stayed during the tour but I'm betting it was somewhere else.

I've been working on this UST for about...how many words? This part takes it to over 60k, I think. So Kame's had long enough to be frustrated, poor guy. It's about time he got something out of it. ;-)

*blush* Er, that line...well...I just wanted to have some sort of reference in there to the fact that Kame could pretty much do Jin like an actual girl, if that's what he wanted, and that's how it came out. At this point I don't think anyone, including Jin, has any idea what he wants out of this "relationship". But I think he'll have fun finding out.

I just hope it means we stand a chance of getting Meisa in black leather. She's so pretty. *___* I think Kage's probably edgier than Dark, yeah, even if he's only a "shadow" and not full dark. More into the mind games, too. I think by the end he doesn't even care what he steals, because it's just an opportunity for him to leave teasing clues for Nishikawa.

They do a whole lot of talking, because even during the times when Jin can't really communicate his feelings with words, they still have to work things out verbally somehow. Kame's confessed about as much as he's going to, I guess, in saying he likes Jin (mentally, I'm hearing him using "suki", not "ai shiteiru", so it could be love or like - Japanese is so convenient like that!). And I think it's still sinking in for Jin, even though he now knows Kame's liked him for so long. Of course poor Kame would really like to know where they stand, because he's so used to thinking of Jin not being interested that now Jin's not so unattainable after all, it's a very big deal for him. Like, can they go forward from here? Or should he just give up?

Well, what does work in his favour is that Jin feels comfortable around him - even if he's not sure how to make the transition from play dates to actual ones. They'll work it out somehow. ^_^
