Upon arrival to the resort, please find the resort emplyee holding one's name, re: Finding your room. Luggage will arrive within the half hour. All Vice Presidents are to meet Mr. Vance at precisely 1600, and dinner is required attendance at 1700. There will be further meeting post-evening collation. All staff are to be reminded that we are guests in this resort, and such, please represent the Vance company in impeccable fashion.
