[So, Cissie has not exactly been Ms. Social lately. She's basically been doing her shifts in the infirmary, doing the inventory thing she shares with Howie, and, of course, spending some time in the gym with her archery. Otherwise, she has not been going out of her way to be social or to be out and about, with the notable exception of the rum ball/

What kind of bows do you use?

Recurve. [That tone? Says 'duh.'] But I can request a compound if that's preferable? I know crossbows too, but there's not much to them.

I've used compound. [Part of training, and it actually ha uses in the field. Go fucking figure.] Wouldn't mind trying a recurve.

I'm kind of biased, but there's a little more of a challenge to recurves, but unless you're planning to compete or something, it's pretty much up to personal preference. So I'd say give it a try and if you like it, great, but if you don't, we can get a compound for you.

I did, yeah. I got my first bow when I was about five.
