I'm wondering why everyone else here knows you as Sylar, but you told me your name is Gabriel. If you prefer going by Gabriel, maybe you should let everyone know that. And if you prefer Sylar, why not give me that name?

11-12 was asking me suspicious questions about where I'm from, and whether I'm friends with Tim--your warden. Turned out he was asking Tim weird questions too. We talked and it was kind of a process of elimination.

Because too many people here know who I am, what I've done. I wanted someone to judge me for who I am now, for once. Instead of what I was.

11-12 told me someone asked him to ask about us, and when I asked who, he wouldn't say. But it was pretty clearly someone who knew both Tim and me, and that's a pretty short list.

I get that. But why ask someone else to go asking us weird questions? I would have told you where I'm from if you had asked me.

I thought you were a friend, then found out you were misleading me. The way it looked to me was that you knew I was friends with Tim and didn't want me to know who you were, then had 11-12 ask us questions.

Which--okay. If none of that's true, then I'm sorry. But that's how it looked. I got suspicious. It's been a rough week for everybody.
