((VitN: Kiss of Death))

Does killing a family member someone hates count as a 'bad' thing or a 'good' thing?

Other suggestions for getting someone out from under the influence of a gigantic asshole?

Vincent asks, "Why do they hate this family member?"

Wars_Stars answers, "Because the family member's an asshole and tries to control his life."

"Because of love or cruelty?"

"I'm not sure. I don't think it's love, from what I've seen of him. Maybe selfishness."

"What influence does he have on this person?"

"He's his grandfather. He owns the company he works for, arranged his marriage, pretty much tells him what to do."

"Could he work somewhere else?"

"I don't know. He's really important in the company."

"Is his wish for a better life greater than his wish to stay there?"

"We'd have to talk more about that. I tried to convince him yesterday."

"Try again. If you murder his grandfather, there will be no going back."

"I know."

"Hmmh." Vincent pauses, as if beginning to say something, thinks better of it and walks away.

Polly is rather distressed. "What do you do when an alternate of a close friend kisses you? I mean, it was under that plant, but it seemed, well," she blushes. "I don't know what to think."

((She looks like a boy.))

Vincent walks up to her. "The same thing happened to me. Though the kiss wasn't very romantic. I don't think it was meant to be."

She shrugs. "I don't know if it was supposed to be romantic or not. She was pretty embarrassed when she realized I was me and not her Ozzer."

"Hmmh. People follow idiotic traditions, sometimes."

She nods.

"I can't answer for you, but I wouldn't think anything more of it unless there are further... advances," Vincent responds.

"Yeah, thanks. Like I said, she's an alternate of my friend."

Vincent politely nods at her, once, then leaves.
