There appears to be an error in the operation of the Barge's computer network. It is possible that the routing system was hacked into by an exterior and superior technology which is alternating the frequency upon which it operates for the time being. I do not believe it will cause any lasting damage, but it seems reasonable to expect that alternate communications may be received by us during this time.

I would endeavor to repair this error, but I am uncertain as to its origin or precise cause. I will begin work on this.
