Her boss and her partner. The demon Neuro found her after her father was murdered and solved the mystery of it, after which he adopted Yako as his permanent cover in the human world. What originally dominated their relationship was fear, but Yako has quickly come to understand and accept Neuro; more than that, she has buckled to his will and become determined to "evolve" in his eyes by proving herself as useful. This is mostly something he's managed to set as her goal, but she also wants to help him out of gratitude - after all, he solved her father's murder mystery and he's also saved her life on a number of occasions.
She's starting to think of him as less and less of an unreachable monster, too. He's shown sides she didn't know about, like a genuine interest in humans and a dedication in her, and he's also just become familiar to her. She thinks he's sort of ridiculous and immature most of the time, but that's just how he is, so she takes it as sort of endearing (when he's not torturing and tormenting her, that is). She wants to stay by his side and learn more about him, as well as evolve and be of some use to him.

A friendly guy who seems to be pretty normal. She likes his easy-going and cheerful nature, as well as the concern he obviously shows for his friends. She'd like to have more conversations with him, maybe things that are a little in-depth or person so she can get to know more about him, considering she doesn't know much at all...
... Except for what she's read, that is. Her investigations into Kaitou Kid's identity have, with the help of Akane's excellent research, led to Kaito being added to her small list of suspects. While he is first and foremost her friend, she's been thinking things over and keeping an eye out for anything he says that might point to him being the culprit. She feels a little guilty about having snooped around to find out all his personal information, but she figures it'll be worth it once she's solved the mystery, and she can apologise to him for it after it's done.

A Phantom Thief from another world. He introduced her to the community's bizarre abilities by appearing in her bedroom and stealing her wallet under the influence of a virus, and she would be sore about that but then he made it up to her by foolishly buying her dinner, so all's well that ends well. She thinks he seems like a good person, even if she's unsure of his motives, and he's kind and chivalrous. (Hey, she might not be vain, but every girl likes to be flattered a little.)
She honestly has no reason for investigating him other than wanting to know his real identity. It really is that innocent and that simple. She wants to know who he is, and she wants to know why he does what he does, because it all seems so out-of-the-ordinary for her. Now that she's a detective, she'd also like to do it to prove her case-solving abilities, even if she does think Neuro will mock her endlessly for it whether she solves it properly or not...

Fuu is a sweet and selfless girl who Yako truly does like - but, a lot of the time, they have clashing opinions. Fuu is so unbelievably kind and stubborn, and Yako really tries to step back and understand where she's coming from, but it seems to be impossible for her. Their different experiences have led to extremely opposing views, and lately their arguments also come down to the subject of Neuro's abuse and attitude, which neither girl seems to be willing to budge on.
Despite all of that, Yako holds none of it against her, because she doesn't judge someone based off of their opinions when she can't fully understand it - so she still considers Fuu a friend, even though they seem to have a number of arguments on a frequent basis.
