still no internet at home. probably won't have it for a while. they are supposed to install it friday, but there is a hurricane coming saturday... so we might have it for one day. except that we don't even have a router yet, and only I have a modem. so it goes.
i got my roomate into reading vonnegut, that should justify "so it goes."
so we (kevin and I) haven't decided if we'll head north or south for the hurricane. north sounds better, go to mommy's house. relax there and hope I have a roof when we get home. half our fence remains standing from charley, the other half is in a pile on our front lawn. along with mounds of trees and fence from our neighbors. my prediction, is that a majority of fence will be in our living room if this hurricane actually hits. it's such bullshit, charley hit on the 13TH!! they still haven't picked up ANY debris. the garbagemen won't take tree limbs in garbage bags, because it's garden waste. but the garden waste people won't take it because it's in garbage bags. so there it sits. waiting to be projectile.
