new news on the stats/perms front!!
NEW NEWS ON THE CANON UPDATE FRONT:
1. The Doctor is now updated to the End of Time Part 2 at the moment just after he starts regenerating. He is not going to regenerate in a set time frame, because Camp has frozen the process, because ha ha time does not move! But psychics/people who sense the shift of energy/people with funny pings or ALL SEEING EYESSS will be able to tell that he is dying :|b I might do things with this occasionally but he will be perfectly functional! Well. Physically.
2. THIS DOES HOWEVER MEAN: if you cut bits off him they will grow back! If he is cut or bruised he will heal! lol regenerative energy. I might give him the shiniest menstrual cramps now and then.
3. Because people have asked this before: this does however not mean he will ever actually regenerate in Camp :B the Tenth Doctor is a completely different character to the Eleventh Doctor, after all. The canon update is to put the Doctor at the end of his development and give everything I do with him an interesting twist and that is aaaall.
