Name: The Doctor.
Hair: Brown and a bit ... mussed, is probably the word.
Eyes: Dark brown.

Medical Info: IS ALIEN first of all. Not a human being; a Time Lord, instead. He does, however, look thoroughly humanoid. He has a binary vascular system - two hearts. He's telepathic, with an ability to look into a person's mind through physical contact. He's slightly myopic in this regeneration, thus the specs.

Physical traits: Tall (about 6'0") and lanky, veery lanky. Thick-rimmed square glasses at times, extremely mussed hair. Tends to wear suits with converse trainers and a big brown trench overcoat (given to him, apparently, by Janis Joplin). He is, basically, the epitome of geek chic. Possibly you want to omit the 'chic'.

What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Pretty much anything; he'll mention a lot to you, after all. REAPP EDIT: the Doctor is coming from after the most recent Christmas special, which means he's travelling on his lonely.

Abilities: Incredibly well-honed intellect is one thing. Vast arsenal of knowledge, brilliant scientist, can make amazing things out of silly little things. Telepathic. Has a sonic screwdriver that can solve eleventy-one hundred problems. Travels in time and space with his TARDIS, which you shall not touch. Has the ability to genocide, unfortunately.

Notes for the Psychics: YOU WILL HURT YOUR BRAINS. He'll close the door on you. If he lets you in, you'll be slapped in the face with a whooole pile of Time Lord Emo. Lonely God/Oncoming Storm/double genocide/only Time Lord left etcetera.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask me first. I'm more than likely to say yes.

Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: Go for it! DOCTOR LOEV HUGS.

Maim/Murder/Death: Sounds exciting! Doesn't usually work though, bear in mind. Also, the death thing's going to be tricky - Time Lords don't die, they regenerate, taking on a new face and body and a new personality. To have the Doctor regenerate in camp would thus be a serious pain in the backside for me. So... if you REALLY want to kill him, maybe we can work some no-regeneration death out, but not unless it's really very much required.

Cooking: ... ahaha. The Doctor doesn't do domestic. So no. Very no.
