Hey.

HEY.SOS Brigade! What the heck happened? We all promised to keep things going after Haruki left, but nobody's done a thing for months! The meetings hardly get any members, and we haven't recruited newcomers, either! If he came back and saw the HQ like this, he'd give us all penalties for a month! We're not even the ones throwing the parties ( Read more... )

like a boss, shortest takeover ever, being pushy gets shit done, taking over, where's haruki when we need him, sos brigade

[well, he won't have to wait alone forever, because Yuzu will show up. Relatively on time, even. She's got absolutely nothing to do at home and, being a social creature, hanging out in the brigade room for a while seems much less boring.]

[Mikage lifts a hand to greet her, pushing himself to his feet and placing his hands on his hips.]

Good, you're here, Yuzu! We're definitely going to need the regulars if we're going to get things moving again.

Are we really the only ones? [she's looking around at the room now, as if someone's going to pop out of the costume closet or something.]

So far. [And Mikage is visibly displeased by this development. What a bunch of slackers those Brigade people have become!]

Looks like it. I think losing the boss made everyone a lot more depressed than they wanted to admit.

Well, most of the point of this club was him forcing us to do unreasonable things. [...] There's no one who can really take that place.

Guess that's true, too. But there was more to it than that! We can still have events, and holidays, and parties. I know that we can't replace Haruki, but is that really how we want to let the club die?

I don't want it to die, either.

That's kind of what we're doing, though. Nothing's really happened since he left.

Well, there was the Secret Santa... Minako put a lot of work into that.

[...she looks up at the snowflakes she'd made earlier still hanging from the ceiling.] There wasn't much for New Years' though.

I guess that's true. But there wasn't much before, either. It just doesn't feel right.

What do you think we can do, then? If we organize something it'll have to be indoors...

We could still do something in the snow if everyone bundles up! Maybe if we picked a nice day or something.
