For once, David was leaving Kira's house. The brown-haired mage was looking around dubiously, as if the world outside of the house would suddenly spring up and bite him in the face. He had a laptop in a bag, hanging on his side, and was peering into buildings nervously. Biting his lower lip, he ignored some of the nearest buildings and moved on. He wasn't going to be satisfied with just any place... The techno-mage had grown rapidly dissatisfied with the amount of people popping in and out of Kira's house recently, and had decided it was high time he found a place of his own. The mage valued not only his privacy, but a lack of intrusions from the mostly-male population of the city at the end of the universe.
Sighing, David sat down against the outside of a building and closed his eyes. This was more walking than he was used to.
