2009
as this year comes to a close, i am left with a lot of random thoughts on my mind.
i have a lot to be grateful for. i have the things that really matter. i have my family and a good relationship with them, at that. i have my life. i may not have any idea what my purpose is here on this earth, but i still have another day to try to figure it out.
2009, you've been a roller coaster. i have had some really great opportunities and experiences and some not even worth mentioning. i have learned what i should deal with and what i shouldn't. and i have learned that being nice doesn't always get you where you think.
all in all, no regrets, just lessons learned...
so, welcome 2010, but i'm keeping my eye on you.
