[OOC] The pretend-this-went-up-earlier Info Post edition!
My first draft of this post basically consisted of a commercial and nothing else but I sorta figured giving a bit more information might be a good idea. And then I wound up with a table. Yeah.
Karina Lyle
+ is 15, 5'3", with light brown hair and brown eyes
+ is from Sunrise's Tiger & Bunny which was a show that basically happened because Japan decided to take superheroes and combine them with Reality TV.
+ is a mutant, though if you call her that she'll be deeply offended. In her world, she'd be a called a NEXT, which stands for Noted Entities with eXtraordinary Talents
+ Karina is pretends very hard that she's not a NEXT when she's being herself. NEXT discrimination is a pretty big thing in her world.
+ wants to be an idol and takes voice lessons and dance lessons and part-time works as a lounge singer/pianist in bars to try and get herself noticed
+ is an only child of rich parents and in the material sense has never wanted for anything
+ makes a lot of money herself these days
+ generally falls for men twice her age
+ is pretty sassy
+ her super-secret identity is that she's the Superhero known as Blue Rose.
Blue Rose
+ is known as the super celebrity of the superhero world as she's both a super idol and a super hero; Blue Rose is huge in her world
+ works for Titan Industries but Pepsi's her sponsor so basically her soul (not literally) is owned by Pepsi
+ her costume, catch-phrase, and Ice Queen persona are all Pepsi's fault
+ her costume is deliberately near-useless as defense in order to promote her assets because Pepsi says sex appeal sells more than proper protection against criminals. Yeah.
+ Karina puts up with it because she really, really loves the super idol part
+ she doesn't care that much about the superhero part at this point in her character arc.
+ will one day realize she does care
+ is a NEXT with power to create and use ice.
+ her catch-phrase is: "My ice is a little bit cold, but your crime has been put completely on hold!"
+ she is extremely aware of how stupid that sounds. Extremely aware.
+ has a snowmobile/motorcycle hybrid that runs off her powers. It's awesome.
+ throws impromptu concerts at crime scenes once the criminals have been taken care of
+ has her very own IRL page on Pepsi's website
