[ Big deadly battle for Waterbender and Ponytail has ended. No gory deaths.
No Jet and plus one firebender. No ways home.
No plans for her and Longshot to fall back on except for one that she...admittedly hasn't given thought to in a while (what place does it have in a giant freaking cage, anyway?). Or maybe she just wasn't willing to consider it until she knew it could only be considered by a limited number of Freedom Fighters (not how her plan went about it, but it's too late now).
So Smellerbee and Longshot had a talk, and out of it came initiative: they'd been making a fresh start before this whole mess started, and they could try it one more time even here.
Therefore, today is their House Hunting Day. Or more their Apartment Hunting day, because houses are too much trouble (maybe a little too nice, too, but who's really counting).
Long story short: someone is lurking in the halls of your Community Building and watching you, to get a feel for the residents before picking a place to live. Alternatively, they can be caught in the streets en route to said places and very likely in the grocery store. ]
