Regulus isn't terribly familiar with the concept of bathroom graffiti. A few people try at Hogwarts, but mostly get into trouble for their efforts, and his parents avoid the class of places where people would write on the bathroom walls.
Still, he might well be back to contribute to the inn's profuse collection, just as soon as he can think of a witty rejoinder to 'you don't have to have a point to have a point.'
