tutorial to make this...
from this...
1)start with this pic of Steve Burton from abc.com
2)Crop and resise to 100x100
3)desaturate image...then copy and set to screen
4)Duplicate 2 more times setting the layers to Soft Light and Color Burn
5)merge the layers...set it to layer from background and erace around the picture
6)create a gradent layer with any 2 colors(I used #ec3a96 and #ac0ff5 set the angle to 135 and the layer to Liniar Burn 100%
7)Add any text/Brushes and your good to go
