Well, it was more like he ordered i_hate_skorts, who at the time was in Pride mode and would do whatever Envy ordered him to do, to attack her. Forgive me for the slight misleading comment but the sentiment still stands, even if he wasn't the one to physically attack her.

Envy is a homunculus, which is what happens to a person in the Fullmetal Alchemist series when you bring him/her back from the dead using alchemy. They are a false human, with no soul, and are immensely strong and powerful.
