4th Pact
I must say, there are quite a lot of ways to keep oneself busy in this city! The library certainly has a lot of information in it, especially about the different worlds people come from. There even seem to be some loose records of the people who have lived here outside of the Hall of the Missing! It's very interesting, I must admit.
I'm also quite surprised that so many people are wary of the Underground, I find it to be quite relaxing. This may simply be because I'm used to moving amongst monsters, but even still. Though I must say, I've never seen monsters such as these before, it's quite an experience. They're quite good conversationalists, as well.
