My computer SAVED this draft when everything messed up and Safari closed unexpectedly. Holy crap. It's not a HUGE post like previously lost, but Im still impressed. Way to go Mac!

I've lost 20 pounds since August. I'm happy about it. I feel good, look good. Its one heck of a self esteem booster which I could definitely use. I can't wait to get in shape now. THAT is going to be a tuffy.
