I started this last week, with an idea stolen from
jadedpinkchange Set three to five goals - to accomplish *this week*. (try to not make them all food/weight related.) Make them all attainable. Post the list. Next Sunday, post results plus a new set of goals.
Repeat each week.

I did ok. I set 5 goals and got 3 of them. The other two didn't happen.
So.. This week's goals (only 3 this time):
1. Exercise 3 times this week
2. Only step on scale once
3. Have at least 3 days of excellent diet adherence
