(20) Moving on and building up...
Now that the hail's stopped, I've gone out and collected two whole big coolers full of the ice balls....now we might get fresh meat to keep a little longer, if we keep it in the right cool cellar, and pack all the ice in tight.(Uh....or...Vexen could just help. But I guess he's been keeping himself busy enough, and I really don't want to be involved with my scientist any more than I need to anymoe) Bad news is that our attic windows have shattered in, and there's a crack in the front room's glass. We'll have to find replacements, or maybe just steal some screening from the building next door...since it'll be getting warmer soon.
I hope the greenhouse glass is all okay, Yorda. If you need any help cleaning up from the storm...I'll make some time.
So I've noticed most of the people who go missing are girls who someone cares a lot about. Or maybe that's just the ones we notice go missing. Anyway...I'm really sorry about Johanna. Maybe....maybe the group doesn't think they can handle this place. I don't know. It's pretty frustrating.
I found a raft at the seaport, a blow-up one, and 3 paddles that go with...not sure where the fourth one is. Patched it in places with a bit of duct tape so that it'll hold shape and not leak...we might be able to get around the lake a little with it...still cross it, to the other side of somewhere...maybe.
My sword has been helping with supplies-searching. So maybe the way to Namine is just to keep on building up this place.
I'm glad to have you back at training lessons, Sifu. It's been a bit hard to handle all the new people. I think we'll need to divide up levels into different sessions soon...so no one's kicking each other's head in at the gym.
