(no subject)
I've never been more glad to have Iroh staying at our place, with this weather. We've got a fire pit in the can next to our stoop, but Gohl will need some more wood soon, so if anyone from any of the other apartments wants to cut down a few big trees and give me a hand, we can split it up to take back. It's still really annoying with this finger cast on. Been a whole month now. Doctor Octavius said five weeks, but it feels fine, so in a few days I'm just gonna go down to the clinic and have someone take it off already.
The windows are all frosted up...I'm going downtown to look for a few good ice-chippers and a better snow shovel. Hey, we should take advantage of the cold and start packing the cooler with snow and water and stuff to make iceblocks again...we can use it in the basement for keeping fresh meat.
...If any of you have any problem with Vaati and I'm sure lots of you do, that's not the rest of our business here, so take it up with him direct. Don't go banging on the front door to tell us how terrible it was being a hat. That's his problem and not some Gohl Avenue evil plot or anything dumb like that.
How is everywhere else holding up? Did you all get these box things with the Christmas counter Toilet Paper tube things inside? Did anybody go ahead and open them yet? (After the mistletoe, I think I know better than to risk it.)
