Okay, now that I'm back, I want to try to get something back on track. Before I kind of disappeared from the universe, I was running a community called the Writer's Ball. It's a writing challenge community, and honestly, its fizzling out was part of the reason I started losing interested in Livejournal.
I know. Bad blogger. Bad.
Anyway, here's the point. I'd like to get things running again. In order to do that, I need active members. The way the community worked before was that people responded to the challenge, and all of the submissions that were in before the deadline were voted on. That would yeild a winner, which came with nothing but bragging rights.
Near the end I tried to incorporate that the winner of the challenge created the next challenge, but again, seeing as there aren't really a number of active members. I figured that we would start having winners again after we have five active members. We're already at two! Help me out?
