my bro and bro-inlaw are both mechanics so i know what i am talking about when i say this, unless it is new with a warrenty DONT GET A NEON! they are just cheaply made cars. and i don't blame you on the jeap thing eigther, i had one and it was hell. i thought i was going to start orientation for the new job today, but didn't happen :( look on autotrader.com thats how i found the car i was looking for. good luck <3
