[Alice hadn't had nightmares since she'd finished things in Wonderland, but she didn't forget that feeling of falling just before you wake up from one. And that's how she awoke after returning from Westport. She let out a gasp, her lungs no longer burning with each breath, and her vision was completely restored as she stared up and a ceiling. She simply lay there for a few minutes, breathing in the clean air.
