no one here knows anything about mardi gras.
i bought a bunch of moon pies for our party last night. and we went around throwing them at people. and nobody knew why. i had to explain it. and we had king cake, which no one but me had ever had. i had no idea that mardi gras was such a local thing.
o, and i'm giving up mountain dew for lent. once i finish the 12-pack in my fridge.
