Permissions
All right...Permissions! Dolph can be creepy, and Dolph also has a power which needs some discussin'.
1. Can Dolph stalk/harass your character? Dolph gets...fixated sometimes. Though he's not the sort to threadjump every single thread of a target of interest, he'll most likely be watching them closely and curiously. If some piece of information is not under filter, it's quite likely that he will have read it or eavesdropped upon it. (And, since I'm not superhuman, I'd encourage those who want a particular piece of information talked about to bring it to my attention, if they talked about it!)
2. Can Dolph spy on your character for SERO? He's going to be a very good and very busy little bee for our medical overlords. As such, he's going to be reporting any open discussion of powers to SERO. (Note that then, SERO would probably be interested in your character - and possibly in experimenting on your character.
3. Can Dolph kidnap your character? Again, as above - he'd take them to SERO for experimentation.
4. Can Dolph attempt to kill your character? With poison or with knife, he's quite good at this! And, again, if there's a plausible reason SERO would want them dead, he'd do it.
5. Can Dolph try to brainwash your character? He's always keen on recruiting more creepy assassins, so if you want to work out a plot where he tries to make your character into a creepy assassin...
6. Aaaand powers! Can Dolph use his power-reversal on your character? (Note that they'll only work if SERO orders him to use his powers on your character...or if he really likes them.) If yes, what will your character's powers do? See his app for a detailed explanation of his powers! And if you can't figure out how their powers would be reversed, I generally just say that they get amplified to the point where it's harmful.
