the south beach diet is a scam.
the day we began 'phasing out' the ridiculous atkins aproved products, we got in the shippers for the 'south beach diet.' its just so painfully clear to me that these fad diets are a scam, i figured the least i could do is let you all in on that amusing fact. the only thing about this round of idiocy is that Kraft puts their name right on the boxes. perhaps its an attempt to insult the consumer furter.
