Having caught enough information on the news and a few well placed... less than legal looks in the military and SHIELD databases, Tony managed to pinpoint the most recent camp for the Lord's Resistance Army.
Oh, it wasn't a secret, of course. Politics tended to stop people from making a move when it was so sorely needed.
That would be where Tony--pardon--Iron Man came into play.
"I believe those belong to me," Tony said through the filtered, mechanical tone of the suit once he landed and pin-pointed the stockpile of Stark weaponry.
They opened fire, of course, and he just grinned and went to work.
