but I have set up a DW account -- same user name as here. I don't have the time to figure out the cross-posting tonight; will have to do it tomorrow.

DreamWidth -- very like LJ, without the 'Russian Overlords' constantly making changes that almost no one likes. The set-up is similar, and at the moment, open enrollments. I'll still use LJ, not to worry, but more and more of my Friends' List has been migrating to DW....

Cleaner interface, but lordy, they need to invest in some bandwidth... 2 minutes to load a basic page... :/

The changes will come, just wait til they start soliciting revenue streams... and hire a crew who need to justify their continued paychecks. :(

The DW TOS says something about needing an invite, I lost the signup page once already (it closed instead of the TOS page, MRNG!) ...???
