Reposting For A Final Time -- We're Supposed To Leave Thursday
I'm trying to raise money so that my daughter, Cheyenne, and I can go to Nana's memorial service. The memorial service is in Arizona. I live in Maryland.
I will be driving with my mother, but I need money to help pay for gas and for whatever food Chey and I might need during the trip.
I did pay for the hotel already -- so thank you guys for that. <3
If it hadn't been for the fact that I had just paid rent and did grocery shopping before I got the news, I wouldn't need as much help as I do right now.
Being able to go to her service is very important to me as she and my grandfather were practically my parents. They are the ones that raised me. I was unable to go to the memorial service for my grandfather because I was recovering from brain surgery. I don't want to miss Nana's service because I can't afford it on my own.
I'll feel like I've let her down if I'm not there.
I'm trying to raise at least $300 more dollars to go with what I have. I figure that should pay for gas and food and anything unforeseen that happens. (I don't travel long distances well.)
If you can, please help? I know that people are tight right now and if you can't donate then please share with others?
