(no subject)
Well, Josh and I had our little girl on August 1st 2004 @ 8:02pm! We named her Chelsea Jennifer (after Josh's Grandma) She was 6lbs, 10oz, and 19in long! I was only in labor for 6 hours, which was really nice since I got the epidural soon after the real pain kicked in!
So we decided to get her hospital pictures done in a little white onesie that had a skull & crossbones on it, above it said "Charm School Reject" Well the nurses got freaked out, and told the hospital social worker that we were satan worshipers and were in some kind of wiccan clan! HAHAHA I got pretty pissed off, and told my dad about it, and he called up the hospital looking for an explanation, and told them if the matter doesn't get resolved his lawyer is ready to sew them for discrimination purposes. If they allow gay people to have children, and let girls with colored hair and so on have children, they also can not discriminate about race and religion. Not that we're wiccan or satan worshipers...but they accussed us of it. To make a long story short the social worker came in and basically pleaded with me and said how sorry she was, and that it was none of her buissness. GODDAMN straight! GUH, I wanted to punch her so bad.
Anyways, my mom bought this little pink outfit to take her home in because she was so small she needed a preemie size...they had nothing to say about that outfit...maybe because it's sooo normal.
We're home now and doing good, Chelsea gained 4oz since she was born, but thats not a lot so you can't tell at all. I'll post her hospital picture when I get them in a week or so, the outfit was not even that bad geez! But heres a few of her the day we left the hospital!
