Personal Goals!

I haven't posted here in what feels like a hundred years, but I need somewhere to post this, and I didn't think a facebook status was serious enough. I do NOT like the current shape I'm in, and realize that I totally need to do something about it. I have a gym membership, but I haven't been going, for many reasons (busy, no motivation, don't like the machines, etc). I have discovered that in the Spring schedule at my gym, they offer a yoga/pilates class Tues and Thurs nights at 7pm for an hour, and I am committing myself to attending this class twice a week, every week. This is just a starting point, but I wanted to write it down so I'd feel like I'd really firmly decided something. Feel free to text me or call me Tuesdays and Thursdays at like 630 and say "girl, you better be getting ready for the gym!"
