(no subject)
Wow, it's been a while since I've written, yeah? lol
My last day at Savers was on the 11th. I got a card that some of my co-workers signed, but a few days leading up to my last day I caught a lot of shit from Mike and Alexa. Mike telling me I can't handle Best Buy, Alexa saying I won't fit in...I've been working "strictly Best Buy" for a week now and I have to say that I never got the weird feelings I got when I started at Savers. The "what the fuck am I doing here" stage. Everyone at Best Buy that I've come across is pretty nice. I worked today (Friday) and also on Monday and Wednesday, full shifts. This week I've worked on the service desk every day. So pretty much it's returns, exchanges and people paying off their Best Buy credit card bills. Easy stuff, not stressful except for when the system acts up...I even did the desk alone for a half hour while Derek (the guy training me today) took off to his lunch break. Granted, Leonora was there for the most part because I had some questions and the computer was acting up, but I was good. :) I get it. One of my favorite customers from Savers came in on Wednesday and he said he bought the same CD as he already had on purpose so he could see me. :) Last Friday was sale day and another of my favorites came in and hugged me. She's this older lady, mid 70s, and she came up to me and said she'll miss me. I'll miss her a lot but she said she'll come to visit me. Best Buy is right down the street.
I bought tickets to see a wrestling Pay Per View on Sunday with Steve, Tracey and Scott. I can't go though chances are, because I just started at the new job and the scheduled me to work. I'm trying to get coverage but it's not happening.
I don't have much else to say. Steve and I are great. He's so awesome and cuddly. I love him so much. :)
