Obtained MLIS from Essex University (Colchester, Essex)
Knows how to read and write English, Latin, Greek, German, French, and Russian
Can only speak English, Latin and Greek and French. Has trouble with German speaking, but can manage. Cannot speak Russian fluently as of yet, but is working on it.
Thoroughly enjoys doing nothing but hours of translations work transferring from book to computer, etc.

Current Occupation: Watcher
Spouse: Widowed. Claire, his wife, was a watcher killed in line of duty while they lived in London. He migrated to the United States and moved to New York, shortly afterward.
Children: One four year old boy named Donald,.(who is now five and half approximately for rp purposes - he was four at the time of Colin's abduction.

According to Seth, on March 22nd of this last year, while living in New York, he was given in his charge, a six week baby boy with black hair and blue eyes. A friend of his wife from work, had brought up the subject, that he should take the child in and adopt him, as both parents who had been Watchers, had died recently. The same coloring as his wife, so as to not raise suspicion to any outsiders, Seth almost said no. However, given that he was still grieving for his wife who had only been dead for three months and his son was begging him to say yes, Seth took the child in, naming them Colin.
On what he believed to be Colin’s two and a half month mark, Colin was snatched from his care while shopping. He had turned to reached for some item off the shelf, when many of the surrounding boxes had come tumbling down, causing a bit of confusion. When he looked back to the cart where the baby carrier had been placed, Colin was gone and his son Donald was crying inconsolably.
Proper alerts had been placed before the watchers could stop Seth from doing so and if one looks hard enough in research, they will see missing child reports of Daniel’s face with Colin’s name.
Soon after, Colin was offered a job within the Watchers proper. Locating to a quiet district in Seattle, Collin worked on cataloging and data entry-translating for Watcher’s Diaries into their computer systems. There was careful attention to detail, so that Seth would not find out how his wife died or that Colin’s parents were anything other than Watchers, who had passed on by accidental death. Right down to dummy files, doctored to appear as the genuine article, people who had never even existed, he believed to be real. Even the manner of his wife’s death, merely an accident on the job, was still set in his mind. The paper work proved it, in his mind.
He spends his time watching over his son, with all due vigilance. He won’t let the same thing happen to his son as it had Colin. Grief is finally subsiding to the extent that he is socializing on occasion.
