I on behalf of our fair city would like to extend my thanks to the caped crusaders who keep us free from harm! It's thanks to you that we can sleep so easily at night...you all have our sincere gratitude.

By what means, though? Some of these so called "heroes" employ methods no better than the criminals they catch. Plus, some of these freaks are bound to draw out MORE villains!

Draw out more villains? What's the logic behind that? And if their methods are that bad, they should be dealt with on an individual basis, not persecuted as a group...

Mayor Kondou, this city already HAS a system set up to deal with criminals. It's what my badge represents. We don't need to wear masks and hide behind flashy charades to protect those we care about...

And when the system isn't enough, we just let it go? I'm not suggesting the police force doesn't have its uses, but I think we should make the best of all available options.
