After 13 months I still haven't remembered everything. I've yet to receive an acceptable explanation for why all of us are here or why it's necessary for us to suffer amnesia, only for our memories to be gradually returned to us.

It's vexing and the entire scenario is ridiculous, but there's no easy way around it. You'll just have to be patient.

You may not completely realize it yet, but this island is far from ordinary, and most of the people who are brought here have unique abilities.
