Finally, time for the list.
First, a not-brief explanation of the Sousuke I've taken. I know I applied for him as Fumoffu!Sousuke, but lately I've really been playing him as Novel!Sousuke, the older Sousuke, the one who is now emo angsting in Fullmetal Panic: The Second Raid. Novel!Sousuke is at the point where he starts to doubt the whole idea of duty, orders, missions, begins to realise strange emotions Chidori is causing (with the conclusion that they make him want to protect her), begins to mature. At the same time, his loyalties are strong if he sees reason to trust someone, and the instinct to obey still overcomes his ability to think for himself. The only time he will ever outwardly defy an officer is if Chidori's life is in danger.
For CFUD, that applies for all his fiances.
Here's hoping that reflects in the way I've played him so far. |D
Will protect and kill for:
Ari Sousuke is genuinely fond of Ari and is puzzled by the way Ari constantly tries to wean him off his arsenal. Lately, he has developed severe brain trauma from having discovered that he not only failed to protect Ari, he was the one who shot him. The wish to protect this one had doubled.
Cal It's all flirting, flirting, flirting with Cal, something that goes completely over Sousuke's head. To him, Cal is the most independent of all his fiances and thus requires less care and protection. He will aid Cal, however, if there is ever a need.
Heero Comrade, friend, lover twincest. Heero has shown loyalty and reliability in every way possible to Sousuke and he is more than willing to repay the favour. Any who harm Heero will answer to the point of Sousuke's gun, no questions asked.
Has an alliance with:
Kabuto Having provided medical assistance to Sousuke and his comrades, he now has full trust in Kabuto. He is still intrigued with Kabuto's upgraded Robbie-Bontakun, and will certainly make further examinations when he can.
Nokoru Clamp Detectives. While Sousuke has been taking orders from Chairman Kakka, he has not had the opportunity to fully play as a Clamp Detective member. For now, he simply respects Nokoru for his 'rank'.
Rey The military alliance with Rey was built the moment they met. It might have been the way Rey presented himself to Sousuke, or the fact that Rey showed interest in Sousuke's self-developed mecha units... either way, Sousuke felt that he could trust this pilot. Having assisted Rey in jailbreak, the pressure from all sides only causes his trust in Rey to grow stronger. Stubborn reverse psychology wut.
Soushi Ah, Soushi. Sousuke didn't think much of Soushi when they first met, simply harboured respect for Soushi for being a superior. It was not until Soushi gave Sousuke a mission to retrieve his body from Excel did a relationship begin, somewhat. Sousuke does not and will not show it, but he is fully aware that while Soushi is of higher rank, he is still younger than Sousuke. There is a small wish to protect, though largely he continues to serve Soushi because the latter has proven himself worthy in Sousuke's eyes.
Has fondness for:
Alphonse Shouta teammate! It's hard not to be fond of someone he has gone on a rescue mission for. The fact that he is friends with Ari is a big plus. While Al had raged politely at Sousuke for defending Rey and Soushi, he showed some understanding in Sousuke's actions. Extra big plus.
Ash Sousuke started out having mixed feelings regarding Ash. It's not often that a small teen attacks him screaming POKEMON. Psychotic terrorist or simply psychotic? Eventually, Sousuke settled for the latter, and has now decided to simply giving Ash more elipses every time the boy does something bizarre. He does like Ash, however, as much as he will not admit it; that's precisely why he agreed to being Shouta White.
Haine She offered help and taught him the civilian way of hugging. Sousuke has a soft spot for girls like that.
Kudou Thanks to Kudou's mute game, Sousuke thought he lost his vocal chords in fierce battle. He's more relieved than annoyed to find out that this is not the case. Sousuke himself is unsure of the reason, but he finds Kudou quite likeable. Note: Kudou has touched Sousuke's memories.
Momoko Again, like Haine, help and food. In addition to that, she allowed Sousuke to inspect the girls' cabins for Chidori's presence - plusplus.
Michael To Sousuke, he looked like Chidori in female form with wings. That's enough reason.
Has respect for:
Anakin Anakin lost an arm in a battle and has the ability to control Ash. That, to Sousuke, is power.
Athrun He built a gundam. Out of... camp stuff. Sousuke is suitably impressed by that. And the Seed pilot once requested for his blueprints; for Sousuke, that is an honour.
Buffy Sousuke has only recently met Buffy and he approves of her thoughts on the murder case. The fact that she knows Heero strengthens his liking for her.
Cagalli Cagalli has shown herself to be a good politican-noble person fighting for a good cause. While Sousuke seldom dabbles in politics, that's certainly a respectful agenda.
Edward Ed was one of the few to mention the barrier to Sousuke, something he has not forgotten nope, but there have been more pressing matters at hand. He had a glimpse of the boy's alchemy at Capture of the Flag, and Ed was one of the people who did not persist and even somewhat agreed on Sousuke's values during the whole Russel murder case. Definitely someone worth respecting in Sousuke's eyes.
Ishida Promised Ishida that he will protect Ari. Failed once but attained a second chance. Sousuke has not otherwise interacted with Ishida, but the man has appeared stern and disciplined thus far.
Kon A superhero, for Sousuke, is anti-terrorism on a cake. Kon has his full respect and Sousuke sees a potential ally in him.
Nishi Sousuke has been convinced that Nishi is an undercover agent of Mithril, here to give him orders from the organisation. This persuasion was done as a cat though, Nishi may have to explain further why he chose to break out of his cat cover for Sousuke to have full trust in him. Sousuke will nevertheless, of course, obey any order Nishi now gives.
Omi Omi offered painkillers and very sincerely told Sousuke of his past. In the Capture the Flag game, Sousuke was impressed with the accuracy and efficiency of his crossbow skills. Moreover, he is a friend of Rey's, so this is yet another possible ally.
Rosalyn A magic user, a willing trainee, and a skilled one at that. Sousuke looks forward to exchanging sword/gun lessons with her.
Sakura She helped Rey and Soushi escape. For Sousuke, that definitely deserves respect.
Snake Snake appears to be a capable military officer thus far.
Ying With an almost identical personality of Uruz 2 (Sousuke's officer and close comrade) but more ladylike, Sousuke is willing to do anything Ying asks.
Yuusuke Something about his attitude maybe? That and the fact that Yuusuke let his comrades go that day; Sousuke will keep his promise as best as he can.
Is neutral towards
Bart Helped him with the Spankbots, but that's pretty much all Sousuke knows of Bart.
Chizuru Sousuke first thought she was a terrorist pervert with Chidori in her filthy hands, but he thought otherwise after a long conversation with her. There have been no further interactions, so she's simply 'somewhat satisfactory' for Sousuke.
Elgala An officer. All respect was lost when she complained about the grades of toilet paper.
Dante Again, little interaction with Dante.
Dorothy The first officer to appear keen to have Sousuke reporting so formally. Have yet to be her bitch though.
Heine Sousuke has not had much interaction with Heine, having found Rey to be a suitable pilot to latch onto ally with.
Inui An information gatherer is always useful in war. Sousuke is considering building an alliance with him.
Izumi Very brief talk with him. Very brief.
Kaiba The boy seems interested in Sousuke's abilities, but Sousuke gets the feeling that Kaiba doesn't quite like him all that much. And his sarcasm is completely lost on Sousuke.
Katou Sousuke recognises him as the helpful lad who offered to find Chidori for him. Possibility of growing fond of him the way he did with Kudou, given more interaction.
Kira Kira explained some things about his world to Sousuke and he respects the other pilot.
Kishimoto Kei Seems like a sweet girl, even though she pointed the barrel of a gun to his Bonta unit.
Murata Since Ari-fiance trusts Murata, Sousuke will too. Strip poker is still in order, really.
Ocelot He's an officer, and he enlisted Sousuke's help in forming a military government. Sousuke respects him, but does recall his training session when Ocelot simply requested for an apple then ignored him and turned to Heero. SPECIALIST RAGE. Not that he'd ever show it.
Russell Doesn't really know Russel, but definitely despises Fraud for hurting Ari.
Susan Friend of Cal's and Sousuke enjoyed fighting with her against zombies.
Winry Sousuke finds her to be a nice mechanic. Bonta-kun get!
Yanagi See Inui. Plus, he does ice cream psychology.
Yuki Looks like Mao (Uruz 2) to Sousuke, and that does wonders to his biasness.
Is wary of:
Excel First met Excel after Soushi's orders to retrieve his body from her. Her wish for world domination easily convinced Sousuke that Excel's the worst terrorist evar. At the same time, she does not appear to be succeeding in any fashion, so Sousuke is not as concerned as he should be.
Misa Misa asked for his name, and ma'am Ying gave him the orders not to. Having seen Ying getting worked up with Misa as well, Sousuke does not trust the deathnote girl.
Mizuki Terrorist plushie. 'nuff said.
Nishizono Sousuke has orders from chairman kakka to keep an eye on Nishizono. He is fully aware of the boy's unusual love for weapons and pain, but as Nishi has only stalked and has hardly harmed anyone thus far, Sousuke finds no need in firing just yet.
Ranma Insulted his comrades. Simple things get Sousuke riled.
Stan Anyone who kicks Ari gets black listed. However, Stan is not fully in the "MUST KILL" section yet as he was just a kid.
Wednesday Wednesday is a straaange civilian to Sousuke. As she tends to shatter his ideals of a civilian, he usually does not talk to her unless necessary.
Wolfram The sudden mood swing puzzled Sousuke. And he associates that with terrorists, having met only the most mentally disturbed terrorists in his missions.
Dislikes and will not hesitate to attack:
Wufei The pilot insulted his integrity and questioned the value of his loyalty to his comrades. Instant SHOOT-AND-KILL response from Sousuke. Have yet to battle him.
Taro Yes, Taro told the truth about shooting Ari. And he did it out of concern for Ari. But it wasn't put in the nicest way possible, so Sousuke no like.
