I thought Sousuke was cool with kissing other guys. He said that he's done it plenty of times in FMP Fumoffu, granted that the "kissing" was actually CPR. :p

His brain broke because he thought he was kissing Chidori and because he liked it, ie. CONFUSION. CPR is just, "kiss, oh you're alive good", as opposed to "mmm... want more".

This is why we need a Chidori to come in and slap Sousuke around a little!
