I have a question to pose to the city.
I have this friend. His name is Sou- Segarl. He frequently speaks to, follows, and protects a girl. For some reason, she always seems to be mad at m- him. Is there a peaceful way for Segarl to rectify this situation? I do not think it is a communication problem because I frequently explain what is on my mind. Maybe it's low blood pressure?
