Omg! I forgot! I know when it is, I even posted about it earlier this week, but I forgot today.

Our guy is 42! Unbelievable. I'm so glad he's still doing well.

At 42, I had my last child. A year later, I had my first grandchild.

Also, 42 is the secret of the universe.

Yes, it's hard to believe he's 42, but then I can't believe I'm 76.

He still looks young; but I guess he always will, to me.

Happy birthday, Elijah. Journey on with grace.

It's nice to hear from you again. I was just thinking about you a few days ago and wondering how you were doing.

I'm doing well, Prim. Beginning to look and feel my age, but still active. Still taking care of half the neighborhood (feels like it anyway). Planning on rebuilding my kitchen in a different space this summer - instead of gardening.

How are you doing?

I am blessed in so many ways. I focus on that. But I had knee surgery 2.5 years ago. Still have problems with it. Now I'm having back problems but started physical therapy yesterday.

I remember how much you loved gardening. I do too, but probably won't be able to do it anymore. In fact I'm going to hire someone to mow my lawns and do other yard maintenance. I'm going to hire someone to vacuum carpets and mop floors since I shouldn't be doing those either. I guess we must make adjustments as we age.

I'm excited about your kitchen project! Good luck with it.

I was thinking about you when that terrible snow storm hit earlier. I hope you did ok through it. ⊂((・▽・))⊃

I did fine with the storm. I had stocked up on food just before, so didn't need anything. We couldn't have gotten out. The snow removal equipment deliberately didn't clear the non-bus routes until last, so that people wouldn't try to get out and get stuck somewhere ( ... )
