Can we really never go home?

Is there no hope for it at all?

I keep hearing different things...

I just want to know for sure. One way or the other.

They said we can do as we like when we get to the Shore... but I've also heard we will never see our homes again.

Well, yeah. If they say we can do whatever we want when we get to this shore place, but then also say we won't be allowed to go home, it kinda contradicts itself.

Can we go home when we get there or not?

What if there is no way home?

I'm told I come from a place many years in the past. What if I cannot go "back" in time?

But then again, if what I've been hearing is true about the whole 'people disappearing going home' thing, there should be some sort of way to get you 'back'. Somehow. Maybe.
