Video Review: Capt. Harlock
So, I was at the grocery store a few days ago when I spotted on the $1 video rack a video titled "Captain Harlock and Friends". I decided that it was worth at least $1 so I bought it. It began with one 11:30 minute episode of Captain Harlock (Title unknown) which was from the original show from eighties. To my surprise, this was followed by two Superman cartoon episodes (40's era) and one Popeye episode. These were entertaining (I forgot how amusing Popeye's barely audible utterances are), but were not listed on the case or the main menu of the DVD (you don't have an episode selection option either). The total length of this video was about 32 minutes. So, if you happen to see one of these videos in your local grocery store, Expect that some of the content is different than what is listed on the cover.
