Welcome to the Working World...
Things I learned at my new job today:
I will drink lots of coffee. LOTS.
I think I will enjoy the odd hours.
This week is going to be insane, as I will be making up for hours not worked yesterday from the holiday. This means a full paycheck - yay! But also, two ten hour days, not so yay.
I adore the people I will be working with.
On any given day it is going to be; fun, exciting, worthwhile, educational, affirming, stressful, exhausting, disheartening and frustrating.
I am; nervous, excited and anxious to learn more and feel competent. I also acknowledge that it is going to take me quite a while to get there.

In other news...there is a KITTEN living in the back. A BABY. I want to capture it. And make it MINE. So I can pet it and love it and cut its little tail off! (Not really, it's from a cartoon...DUH.)
