So Greg's on vacation with his family, and I am here in NP.
I have had a TON of time to just do nothing. I did a little bit of organizing in the bedroom, and some in the kitchen. Oh, and I put my books on the bookshelf. ....we're going to need another one. I have more books at my grandmother's, and Greg has 3 or 4 boxes of books himself.
LJ dropped off a coffee table and a TV stand, and both look GREAT! I am so pleased I did not have to expend the effort of shopping for them. So thank you SO much Lauren!
I went grocery shopping this morning..9:30, bright and early. I don't like being in the grocery store on the weekends unless it's early in the morning. Otherwise it's crowded, plus I was awake. I love getting up early and having the whole day ahead of me.
My knee is still bothering me, but I *think it's getting better? I can bend it a little bit more, without pain now. So I am figuring another day or two of taking it easy, and I should be back to normal. Here's hoping. I did finish my HP book today - I was hoping it would take me a little bit longer, but I read fast, so, that's that.
I have a couple of books on the shelf I still have to read, and I have knitting I can do! I just have to pick a project - socks, and I really should pull out Picovoli and get that done while it's still wearable!
I need not to overdo it on my knee though...I need this to get better. On top of being super annoying, I'm not able to run, or walk for exercise. Ugh. So I feel lazy too.
I met another of our neighbors - he lives downstairs, and from what Jamie and Luke mentioned, he's a K9 officer. He seemed very nice, and I saw him outside with his dog, and the dog is GOREGOUS. A German Shepard..sooo pretty. I hope I get to meet the dog soon. Heh. There are lots of pets in this complex.
Sleeping is lonely without Greg..I can't wait for him to get back. Hopefully I can get some more stuff put away before he does!!
