Stupid Map
Okay. According to this thing, Grayling is a three week trip from here. Three weeks? Hell. They'll be gone before I ever get there. Wait. Oh. Nevermind. I had the map upside-down. It'll take two days. I should be there...Saturday or so. Well, that sounds more reasonable.
I've been looking over the files the Blue Hands sent me. Not much on the girl other than a picture and a few notes. Lost her mother. What a shame. This Jayne Cobb, though. He's tough. Wonder why I didn't tangle with him when I was on the ship. Just as well with his list of crimes. Hrm, if the Blue Guys don't want him, maybe I can make some money off him after I've had my fun. I can't wait to get my hands on them. I haven't had good solid fun in...well, since the last time I dealt with this crew. Shooting the doctor was fun, but not nearly as enjoyable as it'll be listening to the little girl cry as she realizes her big, strong father can't help her...can't even help himself. She's a very pretty little girl, I'm sure the tears will be lovely in her eyes and the wailing of a child is a rare pleasure.
Her father, though...this Jayne. He's a handsome man. Probably proud, too. I wonder what he'll look like crying. I'm sure he's been hurt before, so I'll skip the threats and just move on to the pain. I wonder if he's ever been whipped or burned. I'm sure he's been cut, but not as torture. I like the color of his skin, he's a man that's worked in the sun. I'll bet bruises will look wonderful on that tanned flesh. The sweat and blood flowing in tiny rivulets across his back and chest. His grunts and screams. Heh, makes me hard thinking about it. That seem right to you? Well, it has been awhile since I've lain with anyone. I planned to with that pretty mechanic back on Serenity, but ah, well. I suppose this Jayne will do. He has a girl's name, it's about time he lived up to it.
