[there's only the sound of footsteps echoing down a hallway as Yamazaki runs around the Shinsengumi compound, wooden dolls all over the place to signify the rest of the force. A pause, and a loud thump before the running resumes, and then Yamazaki appears from the corner and stops in the middle of the place, looking very disturbed.]

Okita-taichou? Fukuchou? Kyouchou...? Where are all of you...?

[he looks around, obviously quite flustered as he sees nobody at all, gulping.]

I just hope this is a dream...
